These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Chai Nest, a women’s activewear brand based in Morocco.

Products and prices

• Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD). Delivery is free, so the price you see is the price you pay.
• We show each product’s real photos. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Stock is limited. If an item sells out after you order, we contact you to offer another size or colour, or to cancel that item.

Ordering and payment

• Your order is confirmed when you place it on the checkout page.
• You pay cash on delivery, to the courier, when you receive your parcel.
• Please only order if you will be available to receive and pay for your parcel.

Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in Morocco. Delivery details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Exchanges

You can exchange an unworn, unwashed item with its tags for another size or colour within 3 days of delivery. The return delivery is paid by the customer. See Delivery & Returns. This does not limit your rights under Moroccan consumer protection law (Law 31-08).
