This policy explains what personal data Chai Nest collects when you use this website, why we use it and who we share it with.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone number, city and delivery address, and the products you order.
• When you contact us: what you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
• When you browse: technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, through cookies and similar tools (see below).

We do not collect card or bank details: you pay cash on delivery.

Why we use it

• To prepare, deliver and follow up your order, including exchanges.
• To answer your questions.
• To measure and improve our website and our ads.

Who we share it with

• Our delivery partner receives your name, phone number and address so it can deliver your parcel and collect the payment.
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram): we use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure our ads. They receive information about the pages you view and the products you add to your bag or order. For orders, your phone number, name and city are sent in hashed (scrambled) form.
• Our website host stores the website and its data.

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies to keep your bag working, to remember your wishlist in your browser, and for the Meta Pixel. You can delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as we need it for delivery, exchanges and our accounting obligations.

Your rights
