Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- Free delivery on every order, anywhere in Morocco.
- Cash on delivery: you pay the courier when your parcel arrives. No card needed.
- Once your order is ready, we hand it to our delivery partner, who brings it to the address you gave at checkout. Please keep your phone on so the courier can reach you.
- Delivery time depends on your city. Message us on WhatsApp for an estimate.
- For now we deliver within Morocco only.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size, or changed your mind about the colour? You can exchange it.
- Ask for the exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and still have its tags.
- The return delivery is paid by the customer.
- Exchanges depend on stock. If your new size or colour is sold out, we’ll tell you before you send anything back.
How to exchange
- Send us a WhatsApp message with your order number, the item and the size or colour you want instead.
- We confirm the exchange and tell you how to send the item back.
- Once we receive it and check it, we send you the new item.
Wrong or damaged item?
If something isn’t right with your order, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out with you.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under Moroccan consumer protection law (Law 31-08).
