How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in Morocco.
How do I pay?
You pay cash on delivery: pay the courier when your parcel arrives. No card needed.
How long does delivery take?
We hand your parcel to our delivery partner once your order is ready. Timing depends on your city — message us on WhatsApp for an estimate for your city.
Do you deliver outside Morocco?
Not yet. For now we deliver within Morocco only.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page has a size guide with body measurements in cm. You can also see all charts on our Size Guide page, or send us your measurements on WhatsApp.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. You can exchange for another size or colour within 3 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and has its tags. Exchanges are free: we cover the delivery both ways. Read the full policy.
How do I track my order?
Send us your order number on WhatsApp and we’ll tell you where your parcel is.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
What sizes do you make?
Our collection runs from XS to 2XL. Each product page shows the sizes that piece comes in and which ones are in stock.
